The contract comprised of separate Electrical, mechanical and A/V contractors so we were tasked with the design and full coordination between all, ensuring a seamless cohesion of systems

The finish of the property needed to be splendiferous, for electrical accessories we turned to Forbes & Lomax and lighting was provided by John Cullens, Davey Lighting, Vaughn with the later addition 2 fully bespoke pendants within the kitchen and family room.

Due to the house being added to extensively over the years, routing of services became a challenge as we were consistently faced with routing round oak beams that were unable to be drilled. To overcome this, we worked closely with the main contractor to provide adequate safe routing to keep heritage appeased but to also comply with our electrical regulations.

Lighting and heating control was provided by Crestron and Heatmiser with both systems integrated within control4 for ease of use. This gave the clients full control via an app which they could also access from several hubs around the home

The landscape lighting design was developed to give the family a cosy feel which was necessary due to the the vast expanse of surrounding land
