Manor House Refurbishment

The Manor was fitted with 14 underfloor heating circuits, each with a dedicated manifold system and control.  A 100kW oil boiler was located 10 metres away from the main house and was linked to a secondary plant room feed via a dedicated pre-insulated 50mm flow and return to feed additional heating circuits and HWS cylinders.

The new boiler house consisted of providing and installing 1no oil LTHW Condensing Boilers, along with 2No. new 300L Megaflo Eco Hot Water Cylinders and a 100mm Low Loss Header in order to provide both heating and hot water to the Manor and out buildings.

1No. New 50-120F Shunt Pumps have been installed on boiler return from the 80mm Reverse Return Header. 2No. Heating Pump sets have been installed, As well as this 2No. 40-100F Pumps have been installed on the Primary Hot Water Service to the Cylinders with a Secondary Return Pump.

New Heatmiser controls have been installed controlling the LTHW boiler, HWS cylinders and radiator and UFH manifolds.
