New Build Pool and Lake House

Description – Project starting with a new build development of pool/gym/changing area set in stunning grounds surrounded in natural features. We were brought in for full electrical design inclusive of all lighting, data, and power requirements.

The overall aesthetic to the build was to be modern and as minimalistic as possible.

Due to the nature of a pool building maintenance is a key factor so lighting was selected to be easily maintainable whilst creating an ambiance of background lighting.

The design developed over multiple client meetings with full access to samples, the best finish that suited the client’s requirements was then selected

As the pool house neared completion the idea of renovation of the lake house was brought forward by the client, with the sole intended purpose of entertainment and to enjoy the new pool complex

This enabled us to provide an additional design to tie in with the existing pool complex.  Subtle lighting was used to wash across the lakes surface enhancing its natural beauty
